This was an action for the recovery of damages resulting from a collision of automobiles. The jury returned a general verdict against the defendant and answered two special questions submitted. Later the trial court rendered judgment on the verdict in favor of plaintiff and against the defendant. Defendant's motion for a new trial and other motions were denied and he has appealed.
