VALLÉE, J.

Lamberson and Fuentes were convicted by a jury on two counts of armed robbery. Lamberson was also found by the jury to have suffered a prior conviction of robbery. Lamberson, referred to as defendant, appeals from the judgment and from the order denying his motion for a new trial.
