The trustee in bankruptcy of Eugene M. Callis brought five suits against five life insurance companies which had insured Callis' life for $230,000, and had loaned Callis, after the filing of the petition in bankruptcy, the aggregate sum of $45,334.28, taking assignments of the policies as security for the loans.
