Frank Witt brought this suit for divorce against his wife, Ethel Virginia Witt, alleging as grounds cruel and inhuman treatment and adultery. The defendant filed an answer alleging new matter and praying for affirmative relief on the ground of cruel and inhuman treatment, and the cause was referred to a regular commissioner in chancery for the taking of testimony and recommendations.
