This is a suit for divorce. The plaintiff and appellant is Dorothy M. Whittaker. The defendant and appellee is Stanley W. Whittaker, president of the Whittaker Electric Company. The parties were married in 1940, lived together until 1952, and their union was blessed with 3 children, 8, 10 and 11 years of age.
