YOUNG, Justice.

The suit of appellants was for rescission and cancellation of three deeds to lands located in defendant Authority's West Dallas project of Public Housing, claiming legal fraud in the circumstances of their acquisition; making party thereto the Dallas Salesmanship Club. At close of testimony the trial court withdrew the case from consideration by the jury; rendering judgment that plaintiffs take nothing, which ruling is the occasion of this appeal....
