This case arose out of a dispute between plaintiff and defendant regarding the property line between their respective homes. The verdict of the jury was in favor of plaintiff in the sum of $300 against both defendants.

We will discuss first the motion for a new trial. Defendant contends that a new trial should be granted because the jury disregarded or misinterpreted the instructions...
