This is an appeal from an order of the Baltimore City Court reversing two decisions of the Board of Municipal and Zoning Appeals, (the Board).

On February 27, 1953, the appellant, Samuel J. Aaron, purchased the property at 1128 Druid Hill Avenue in Baltimore from one Ulysses Gray. Previous to March 31, 1953, in order to renovate and modernize the property, the appellant filed an application with the Buildings...
