In 1932 plaintiff, after a divorce, found herself owner of the vendee's interest in a contract for the purchase of a store building and business, which was in financial straits and which she was not qualified by experience to operate. She also owned a house and lot and household furnishings. Most of what she possessed was heavily encumbered and she owed business and personal debts, back taxes and other obligations.
