This is an appeal by John Fisher, one of the two defendants, from a judgment which was entered against both defendants in the following sums: $250, general damages; $375, special damages; $2,000, punitive damages. The judgment was based upon the verdict of a jury. The cause of action out of which the challenged judgment arose was for assault and battery.
