William P. Federline, of Baltimore, owns a tract of land located along the Baltimore National Pike about one mile west of the Patapsco River, where he conducts the business of manufacturing and repair of motor truck bodies. He bought the tract, containing about an acre and a half, from William F. Thompson in December, 1946; began construction of a cinder-block building thereon in January, 1947; and started his business...
