This is a suit which was instituted by plaintiff, seeking to disqualify the defendant, Dr. D. L. Anderson, as a duly qualified candidate for the office of Coroner of Ouachita Parish in the Democratic primary election to be held January 17, 1956. The suit originally named the Ouachita Parish Democratic Executive Committee as the sole defendant, but, after filing of an exception of non-joinder, which was sustained, plaintiff complied with an order of court...
