Plaintiff received a verdict for $2,500 because of injuries sustained in a fall on a crossing where the Missouri Pacific railroad track and B Street in the city of Poplar Bluff intersect. The petition charges negligence in permitting a large hole between the rails in the traveled portion of the street; that the crossing approach was steep; that plaintiff was riding in a southbound truck then being driven by her husband and the wheels of such truck struck...
