This case comes to us upon a Clerk's Transcript.

Defendant was charged in an indictment with the offense of operating a motor vehicle upon a public highway while intoxicated. She pleaded not guilty. Upon trial to a jury she was convicted and the court adjudged that she pay a fine of $400 and the costs of the case, and be confined in the county jail at the rate of one day for each three and one third dollars of said fine until it is paid or legally...
