This case comes before us on defendant's motion to dismiss plaintiff's petition on the ground that the court lacks jurisdiction.

The plaintiff alleges that she was a first cousin of Henrietta E. Garrett, deceased, and that by reason thereof she is entitled to a share in the Garrett estate. She claims that the items not included in the will of the deceased consisted of $21,000...
