On July 28, 1953, Louis Foster, then 57 years old, suffered a fatal accident arising out of and in the course of his employment by the respondent Diehl Lumber Company. Appellant, as his widow, filed a claim for death benefits in which she states the date of marriage as April 9, 1953. Prior to that date claimant had been a widow maintaining a home for herself and two minor sons at Clark Fork, where she also took in boarders. Her husband had died...
