This action was brought by the plaintiff under a Summons and Complaint bearing date July 22, 1952. The complaint sets up a cause of action for recovery by the plaintiff against the defendant on a policy of life insurance in the face amount of Three Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($3,000.00) upon the life of William S. Pursley, the husband at that time of the plaintiff.
