This suit was for the value of two air conditioning units allegedly sold to defendants. The defense was that there had never been a sale of the units, but that defendants had only agreed to receive the units on trial and had later demanded that plaintiff remove them. The decision of the trial court was in favor of defendants. Bringing this appeal plaintiff claims, among other things, that the trial judge erred in ruling on the weight and sufficiency...
