O'Leary were jointly accused of armed robbery on June 21, 1953, and in count IV O'Leary was charged with armed robbery on June 26, 1953. Each count related to a crime separate from the others. It was alleged that Watson had suffered four prior felony convictions, that Weaver had suffered...
