This action was originally commenced by defendant in error as plaintiff in the trial court to enjoin defendants, who are here as plaintiffs in error, for conduct allegedly violative of the provisions of the Colorado Labor Peace Act, C.R.S. '53, 80-5-1 et seq., and for damages accruing on account thereof. We will herein refer to defendant in error as plaintiff, to plaintiffs in error collectively as defendants, and individually as Denver Trade Council...
