This is a suit by the trustee in bankruptcy of Bruce's Juices, Inc., against J. Adams Bruce and his wife, Margaret M. Bruce, complaining that for a period of six years prior to bankruptcy the corporation made monthly payments of $125 to the First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Tampa, Florida, totalling some $11,225, to discharge a mortgage owed by the defendants on their family residence.
