GLADNEY, Judge.
This is a petitory action brought by Mrs. Nellie Stevens against the defendant who went into possession of the property in dispute in 1946. Both litigants trace their claims of ownership to tax titles. After trial, judgment was rendered in favor of defendant and plaintiff perfected an appeal to this court.
