Under a written contract of lease from the defendant company, of date September 6, 1950 and being for a term of five years, plaintiff operated a luncheonette and cafeteria in a portion of the lessor's store on Canal Street in New Orleans until such contractual relationship was terminated by mutual agreement in the latter part of February, 1953.
