The appellee, Andres Arabie, instituted this suit June 13, 1952, to set aside a compromise settlement agreement he and appellant entered into March 12, 1952, with reference to a claim appellee was asserting under the Workmen's Compensation Law, Art. 8306 et seq., V.T.C.S.
