Appellant was convicted of violation of the "bogus check" law and has appealed. Sections 8-176, 8-177 and 8-178, Code of 1952. He was an automobile dealer in Raleigh, North Carolina, and during a period of over a year made several purchases of automobiles at the auction sales of the prosecuting witness at Darlington.
