This is a rule for a new trial in a condemnation case arising from the construction of the eastern extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike in the northern section of Lancaster County. The viewers awarded to plaintiff the sum of $18,250. Defendant appealed and the jury rendered a verdict in favor of plaintiff for $6,500.
