This is an appeal from a judgment and sentence of imprisonment entered upon the verdict of a jury finding appellant guilty under a two-count indictment charging him, under the first count, with aiding and abetting in the embezzlement of funds from a bank insured with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and, under the second count, with assisting the embezzler to escape, after having knowledge that the crime had been committed. 18 U.S.C. sections...
