This was an action for damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff when the rig with which he was working came in contact with a wire maintained by defendant which carried a high voltage of electricity. This was alleged to have been caused by the negligence of defendant. The trial court sustained a demurrer to plaintiff's evidence and he has appealed.
