This is an action under the Federal Employers' Liability Act (35 Stat. 65, as amended by 36 Stat. 291, and 53 Stat. 1404, 45 USCA, § 51, et seq.) to recover for personal injuries allegedly sustained by plaintiff as a result of negligence on the part of defendant's agents and employees.
