Leslie John died as a result of a heart attack on February 18, 1953, while engaged in his duties as a servant of Pearl River Tung Company. Irene John, his widow, filed this claim under the Mississippi Workmen's Compensation Law. The claim was allowed by the attorney-referee, the full Commission and the trial judge.
