Prior to the rendition of the original opinion in this cause (which said opinion appears in 130 N.E.2d at page 231), by writ of certiorari, the record of the trial court's finding No. 6, referred to in said opinion, as the same was certified to by the Clerk of the trial court, was corrected nunc pro tunc.
