The plaintiff, McQuay, Inc., filed its complaint in the district court for Rice county, Minnesota, invoking the injunctive powers of the state courts alleging that the defendants were engaging in certain unfair labor practices in violation of M.S.A. 179.11, 179.13, and 179.14 of the Minnesota labor relations act, c. 179. The district court thereupon issued a temporary restraining order on November 12, 1954...
