Plaintiff commenced an action for damages against defendants, alleging that on May 15, 1951, plaintiff visited defendants' place of business to inquire about parts and mechanical service, and to have such supplied and done, and that, while waiting for attention, a tractor wheel weight fell upon plaintiff's foot, severely bruising and breaking four toes; that the proximate cause of said injuries and damage resulting therefrom was the negligence of defendants...
