Plaintiffs brought suit against the defendants in the circuit court for St. Joseph county for $3,140.73, plus interest, the balance of the purchase price of a taxicab business, including 2 automobiles, in Sturgis, Michigan. Issue was joined and testimony taken on trial by jury, at the conclusion of which the trial court granted plaintiffs' motion for a directed verdict in the sum of $3,488.33.
