The material facts in this case are not in dispute. The litigation has resulted from differences of opinion on certain legal questions that have arisen in the course of probate proceedings. Charles E. Ward, a resident of Kent county, died testate November 24, 1933. His heirs at law and beneficiaries under his will were his widow, Mae Ward, a son, Charles E. Ward, Jr., and 2 minor grandchildren, who were the children of another son who predeceased testator...
