OPINION BY HIRT, J., January 14, 1955:

The lower court, in this divorce case brought on a charge of indignities, sustained the defendant's exceptions to the master's report and dismissed the complaint. Because of a serious doubt as to proof of the charge which persists after consideration of the whole record, we are unable to say that the plaintiff has made out a case by that clear and satisfactory evidence necessary to a decree in divorce.
