HIGGINS, Justice.

During the progress of the trial exceptions to the introduction of evidence and to portions of the judge's charge were taken. These exceptions are not stressed in the brief and are not stated as questions involved in the appeal. Examination of the record discloses they are without merit. The exception based on the court's refusal to direct a verdict of not guilty is also without merit. The evidence was amply sufficient to take the case to the jury...
