This is an action brought under the provisions of the Workmen's Compensation Act, LSA-R.S. 23:1021 et seq., wherein plaintiff seeks compensation payments of his employer's insurer at the rate of $30 per week for the period of his disability, not however beyond 400 weeks, together with medical expenses, penalties and attorneys' fees, as for total and permanent disability alleged to have been suffered by him as the result of an accident on December 10...
