Plaintiffs moved for summary judgment in the Supreme Court, New York County, in an action on a judgment previously rendered in the State of New Jersey. The primary issue is whether the New Jersey judgment is entitled to full faith and credit in New York. (U. S. Const., art. IV, § 1; U. S. Code, tit. 28, § 1738.)
