Here are appeals by Charles Henry Bollinger and Paul Edward Creager from judgments and sentences for arson.

The appellants, both aged nineteen years, lived on a farm in Frederick County adjoining that of Roy F. Valentine. On November 29, 1954, a fire destroyed a straw barn on the Valentine farm and on December 16, 1954, another fire destroyed the bank barn on that farm...
