This matter comes to this court upon the motion of the defendant-appellant, Mary J. Lumbattis, formerly Mary J. Bogh, for an order modifying a divorce decree with respect to the custody of the minor daughter of the parties. Although personally served in the divorce suit, the appellant made no appearance.
