Appellant, Adele Olga Rickard, plaintiff below, sued the City of Reno and the other respondents for damages for personal injuries resulting from a fall on the sidewalk in the City of Reno. At the close of plaintiff's case the defendant city moved for a dismissal on the ground that plaintiff had failed to prove a sufficient case for the court or jury. Rule 41(b) N.R.C.P.
