HAMMOND, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

The appellant was convicted of wilfully neglecting to provide for the support and maintenance of his wife by the Criminal Court of Baltimore, sitting without a jury, and sentenced to imprisonment for eighteen months. Sentence was suspended and the appellant released on probation on condition that he pay $25.00 a week for the support of his wife. He says the judgment should be reversed because (1) his wife has $10,000...
