This is the second appearance of this case in this Court. The first appeal, decided November 5, 1953, Harris v. Capehart-Farnsworth Corporation, 8 Cir., 207 F.2d 512, was taken by the appellants, alleged bankrupts, from an order overruling their motion to dismiss, for insufficiency of statement, the first amended involuntary petition in bankruptcy filed against them by the appellees as petitioning creditors...
