Motion to dismiss the appeal of Mabel Winkler and Clarence M. Winkler, plaintiffs in the above entitled action. They secured a judgment in the superior court for $20,000 against two of the defendants named in their complaint, for medical malpractice.
These two defendants appealed from the judgment. Plaintiffs appealed also from that part of the judgment in favor of certain other defendants.
