The action is based on a contract1 making plaintiff defendant's exclusive agent and advisor in procuring iron ore from the Lake Superior iron mining district for the operation of defendant's blast furnace in Cleveland, Ohio, variously referred to as "No. 5" and "Plancor 257", and hereinafter referred to as No. 5.
