On June 13, 1951, C.O. Williams filed a claim for compensation against Trigg Drilling Company and its insurance carrier and Special Indemnity Fund in which he states that on the 14th day of November, 1950, while in the employ of Trigg Drilling Company he sustained an accidental injury consisting of an injury to his left shoulder and collar bone.
