OPINION

BLUME, Justice.

This is an action for damages brought by plaintiff against defendant arising out of an automobile collision, the plaintiff alleging as one of the reasons for recovery that defendant traveled on the wrong side of the road at the time of the collision. The case was tried to the court without a jury. The court made a general finding in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendant and rendered judgment against defendant for $825.89...
