Plaintiff instituted this suit for a declaratory judgment, praying for a decree in its favor to the effect that it was not indebted to the defendant Doyle Harris as the principal insured, nor to the defendant Robert J. Newson, as mortgagee, under the provisions of a policy of insurance issued to the said Harris and containing a loss payable clause in favor of the defendant Newson.
