Appellee, Calvin Spooner, brought this suit in the Circuit Court of Harrison County against the City of Long Beach for damages for personal injuries allegedly resulting from the negligence of the appellant City in furnishing him an unsafe place to work and an unsafe tool or appliance. The jury returned a verdict for appellee. We have concluded that appellee failed to show any negligence on the part of the City...
